Dartmouth to Looe

We are getting into a good routine now, up around 7am and hitting the road around 8-8.30am.  Today we headed through Kingsbridge & Plymouth, we stopped off at a few shops in Plymouth before we took the Torpoint ferry, then through to Looe.

I've been keeping to the B roads as much as possible, although the roads are narrower we get to drive through some beautiful small villages and there is the odd spot to stop off and take a break. After some shopping we made out way to Devonport to catch a small ferry over to Torpoint.  After our previous days fun I thought why not do this again, and it meant we could keep to the B roads through to Looe.  The ferries have 4 to 5 lanes on them, take about 10 cars per lane.  Today we had a double decker bus next to us, as it would seem the local bus service also uses the ferry.  We started with queuing up until the last of the cars came off then we drove on, as leaving we saw the next boat coming across and other on the other side loading so it seemed there were 3 ferries running

On out way to Looe we stopped off to have a cuppa and catch some views at Antony House.  It wasn't open today, but was nice to have a drive through the property.

The farmers are out getting ready to sow their land, can you images having this as your office view everyday.

Tonight we are Tencreek, which is a holiday park, and being school holidays could be interesting.  The campsite is rather large and different to what we have been staying in so far
