Our house has now been listed for rent. I never thought I'd see the day!!!!!!

Room by Room

Well the packing has definitely started. For me I have almost packed everything up in my sewing room, 16 boxes so far and maybe 2 more to go. I didn't realize how much stuff I had in there!!!. Mike has completed his Study now, and that is looking really good.

Accommodation Sorted...Well for the first 2 months anyway.

Well I have finally got myself an appartment in Edinburgh for the first 2 months, see a couple of photos below. I will put more up when I am there, not long now :o)

Packing

While Mike and Peter were getting all the boxes down from the roof I started to pack up my sewing room, where to start....hmmmmm. Well by the end of the day I have cleaned out the draws in the cupboard. I have 4 full boxes of paints, paper, my City and Guilds work, and fabric, I have so much fabric :o), but it is all getting there, not sure how we are going to get this house all packed up before I go!!!

Preparations have begun

Today, with Dad's help, I emptied out the contents of our attic. Mostly empty boxes, and original boxes for home theatre gear etc, they are now piled up the spare room waiting to be filled and sent off to storage while we are away in Edinburgh.

The moving process has officially begun!

Big Changes on there way

Well we have big new, Mike and I have decided to move to the UK to live for a period of time. We have decided on Edinburgh for our new home. So we are busy getting things together ready to move. I have resigned from my job this week and will be leaving the country in a months time. Mike will follow a few months after once I have got settled and found myself a job.
